In 2006 Moctar Coulibaly, from the Republic of Mali, West Africa, visited several schools in Scotland to speak with French students about life and politics in Mali. The sessions went so well that, before Moctar left, Jubilee Scotland decided to make a DVD about the topics that students raised in class

"Moctar: Militant Du Mali" is a series of short films in which Moctar answers questions about Mali.
At the higher difficulty levels, Moctar also speaks about human rights, freedom of the press, and the recent history of Mali.
