23 Jan 2023: | Petition published on Scottish Parliament website. |
23 Feb 2023 | Scottish Government provide their initial response. Read the Scottish Government response from 23rd February. |
30 March 2023 | Jubilee Scotland submit SAPPPs response to the Scottish Government’s response. Read our response from 30th March. |
03 May 2023: | The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government and Scottish Futures Trust (see page 12 of the meeting report) |
5 June 2023 | Scottish Futures Trust respond to the committees’ request. Read the Scottish Futures Trust submission from 5th June. |

20 July 2023 | Jubilee Scotland submit SAPPPs response to the SFT and Scottish Government’s responses to our draft proposal document. Read our submission of 20 July 2023 |
We now await the next Committee meeting which we hope will result in:
- their recommendation that the appropriate committee add finding an alternative to PPPs to their work schedule. We would expect this would be the Local Government and Housing Committee or the Finance and Public Administration Committee.
- or their request for further evidence from Jubilee Scotland to further inform their decision.
