We
are calling for an investigation into unjust loans. Loans knowingly
given to corrupt regimes or for corrupt purposes, are sometime
called "odious" - that is, they stink. They can be
prevented! Existing laws, properly applied, would block many,
and where the law permits them it can be tightened.
